COLD USE
Place in your freezer for minimum of 24 hours before first use. It will remain cold for up to 90 mins.

FOR HEAT
Place in boiling water for 7 mins. Or alternatively, 30 seconds in the microwave. If more heat is required, heat further in 10 second increments.

We recommend wrapping in a towel or cloth to use.
