Use topically in your Daily Self-Care Ritual.
Apply 6-10 sprays to the cup of your hand, and rub into your lower back and abdominal areas for instant magnesium absorption.
Use on more acute areas for targeting specific pain.
Use twice daily until the tingling fades (This sensation is due to low magnesium levels within the body) It will pass once optimum mineral levels have been obtained. Then reduce to one application a day for upkeep.  
For Recovery ~ Magnesium helps with the transportation of energy within the cells preventing fatigue.
