Returns Policy

Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement, refund, or repair if the item you purchased:

• Is faulty or damaged.

• Does not match the description or sample.

• Fails to meet consumer guarantees for acceptable quality.

If you experience any of these issues, please contact us at hello@mullumminerals.com within 30 days of receiving your product. We will assess the situation and provide a solution as quickly as possible.

Change of Mind

• We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. Please choose carefully before finalising your purchase.

• How to Return an Item

If you believe your item is eligible for a return or refund, please contact us at hello@mullumminerals.com. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping address and instructions.

Refunds

Please return your unwanted product to us at your earliest convenience. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will promptly process your refund. Refunds will be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days after approval.

Return Shipping Costs

• If the product is faulty or damaged, we will cover the return shipping costs.

• For any other returns, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
