Our Premium grade Magnesium Mist is made from unadulterated Magnesium Oil, as opposed to most other magnesium sprays which are made from Magnesium Flakes. Magnesium Flakes are a bi-product of the oil mixed with water.

MgC12 Mist

Use topically in your Daily Self-Care Ritual.
Apply 6-10 sprays to the cup of your hand, and rub into your lower back and abdominal areas for instant magnesium absorption.
Use on more acute areas for targeting specific pain.
Use twice daily until the tingling fades (This sensation is due to low magnesium levels within the body) It will pass once optimum mineral levels have been obtained. Then reduce to one application a day for upkeep.

MgC12 Salve

Use topically in your Daily Self Care ritual. Intended for specific and purposeful use, our MgC12 Salve is perfect for targeting specific ailments. Apply 1-3 pumps to palms and gentle massage into affected area. Leave Salve on skin for a minimum of 20 minutes to maximise absorption. We suggest wiping or washing off in the shower after the absorption process is complete to leave skin feeling fresh and dewy.  

For Recovery ~ Magnesium helps with the transportation of energy within the cells preventing fatigue. 

The recommended daily dosage of Magnesium is approximately 400-450mg for men, and 300-350mg for woman. Some people need a higher amount due to a stressful or highly active lifestyle and other medical conditions.
